By accessing or using Rosetta Conta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Rosetta Conta is a software tool that helps businesses in Costa Rica process electronic invoices, connect authorized email inboxes, store digital certificates, and manage invoice reception and delivery within Hacienda electronic invoicing workflows.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, for holding the rights to the email accounts and certificates you connect, and for complying with applicable tax and legal obligations.

Authorized email access

You voluntarily authorize Rosetta Conta to access specific email inboxes solely to read invoice-related messages and send related electronic invoice documents. You may revoke this access at any time.

Digital certificates

Digital certificates you upload are used only to perform the signing operations required by the electronic invoicing workflow. You are responsible for the validity and renewal of your certificates.

Electronic invoicing limitations

Rosetta Conta is a software tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Certain workflow components may be limited or under development, and availability of electronic invoicing operations depends on third-party services, including Hacienda and your email and certificate providers.

No tax/legal warranty

Rosetta Conta does not warrant that its output satisfies any particular tax, legal, or regulatory requirement. You remain solely responsible for your compliance.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosetta Conta and Rosetta Studio are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
