Scope of email access

Rosetta Conta uses access to authorized email accounts only to identify, read, download, and process electronic invoice-related messages and attachments, and to send electronic invoice documents requested by the user or company.

Google API Limited Use

Rosetta Conta's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Gmail scopes we request

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send

• gmail.readonly = read invoice-related emails and attachments
• gmail.send = send electronic invoice documents, XML, PDF, and Hacienda responses

What we do not do

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read user email content except when required for support, security, legal compliance, or with explicit user authorization.

Data storage and protection

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Email content and attachments are processed only to fulfill the electronic invoicing workflows described above. Access can be revoked at any time from the app or from your email provider.
