Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account data, connected email account tokens, stored invoice metadata, uploaded certificates, and related records by contacting info@rosettastudio.io.

Process

1. Send an email to info@rosettastudio.io.
2. Include your company name and the authorized account email.
3. We verify the requester.
4. We revoke OAuth tokens where possible.
5. We delete or anonymize eligible data unless retention is required by law, tax obligations, security, fraud prevention, or backup constraints.

We aim to process eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
